Hey Reader, Today, I'm giving you 5 wins you can implement in the next 48 hours that will change how LinkedIn works for you. I promise you'll leave with at least 1 idea you can put to use right away: 1/ Optimize Your Headline for Outcomes, Not TitlesMost founders waste their headline by stating their job title: "CEO of X Agency." That tells people what you are, not what you can do for them. The Formula: "Helping [ICP] achieve [Outcome] via [Mechanism]." So, instead of "Marketing Agency Owner," try something like: "Helping B2B SaaS Founders book 30+ qualified calls per month through cold outbound systems." Result: Your headline shows up on every post, every comment, and every connection request. Make it work for you. I made a resource + swipefile on optimising your headline. Grab the resource here. 2/ Send 200 Connection Requests WeeklyIf you write for business owners but no business owners follow you, how will they engage with your posts? You need a base level of followers in your ICP to grow organically. Send 200 connection requests per week to your ideal audience. I automate this with Hey Reach for $79/month. You're probably thinking: "That's expensive." Here's how I look at it: Manually sending 200 requests takes me 3 hours. I can pay with my time or pay with money. Because I can always make more money, but can't make more time, I'd rather pay for the automation and keep those 3 hours for work that actually grows my business. I'm paying the price for those connections either way. I choose to pay with the currency I value least (money), so I keep the currency I value most (time). Result: More relevant connections = more engagement on your posts = algorithm boost = exponential growth. 3/ Repurpose Your Greatest HitsYou don't need new content every day. If a post performed well 3-6 months ago, repost it. Or tweak the hook slightly and run it again. By now, plenty of your followers have forgotten about it, and anyone who connected since then hasn't seen it at all. Head to the LI analytics tab and sort your posts by impressions or engagement. Grab one that performed strongly before, and edit roughly 25% of it. Once done, publish! Result: Massive time savings. Plus, you're publishing content that's already proven to work with your audience. 4/ Get VerifiedLinkedIn claims verified accounts see a 60% increase in profile visitors. The small badge added to your profile signals credibility. When someone sees your post or comment, that badge makes them more likely to click through to your profile and read what you do. It's a form of social proof that works 24/7 without you having to do anything. The Win: Instant credibility boost. More profile visits. Higher engagement rates. 5/ Master the "Call to Engage" (CTE) Over CTAMost founders end their posts with a weak Call to Action that kills engagement. But here's what matters on LinkedIn: Comments are the strongest driver of reach. The algorithm weighs them far more heavily than likes or shares. A post with 50 comments will reach exponentially more people than a post with 200 likes. Your closing line needs to reduce the friction required to leave a comment. What NOT to do: "Thoughts?" This is too vague and requires high cognitive effort. The reader has to think of an opinion from scratch. What WORKS:
This invites an instant response because the answer is easy, and readers can add context if they want to.
Examples:
Result: More comments = more reach = more visibility = more followers. One tactical question can 3x your engagement. If you reply to this email with [GPT] I'll send you over a GPT that will help you create great CTE's!
